Summary

The job is for a Financial Controlling Specialist at the HQ who will ensure accuracy and compliance in financial operations by inputting financial data into NetSuite, analyzing monthly financial variations, completing control processes for financial closing procedures, providing support in connecting CWR with NetSuite, and assisting in audits and tax inspections.

Requirements

• Proven experience with accounting systems
• Knowledge with accounting processes (Procurement to payment, order to cash, bank reconciliations, etc.)
• Analytical ability
• Adaptability to changing environments
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Input financial information into NetSuite
• Analyze variations in financial figures on a monthly basis
• Complete control processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing procedures
• Provide support in setting up the connection between CWR and NetSuite
• Assist in responding to audits
• Assist in responding to tax inspections

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP
