Requirements

• Proven experience in recording and updating accounting entries, performing bank reconciliations, and supporting month-end closings
• Strong skills in analyzing accounts and preparing accurate financial reports
• Experience in organizing and managing accounting documents
• Knowledge of applicable tax and accounting regulations
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
• Full fluency in English; another language would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Record and update daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, income, and expenses
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between the company’s records and bank statements
• Assist in the monthly and annual closing process by preparing reports and making necessary account adjustments
• Analyze accounting accounts to detect inconsistencies or errors and ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• File and organize accounting documents such as invoices, payment receipts, and other financial records
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax and accounting laws and regulations
• Support external audits by providing requested documentation and information
• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for significant financial variances
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues, such as billing discrepancies or pending payments
