Inventory Control Associate

Summary

The job description is for an Inventory Control Associate at IntelliShift, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company specializing in fleet management technology. The position involves supporting the Order Fulfillment process by managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of hardware to customers. The role requires 2-3 years of experience in a Fulfillment, Warehousing and/or Logistics environment, strong communication skills, knowledge of computer programs, and the ability to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a Fulfillment, Warehousing and/or Logistics environment
• Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills
• Strong knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays
• Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Receive new and returned equipment
• Process and ship add-on requests for self-install and subcontracted clients
• Assist with processing and shipping new customer deployments as needed
• Review technician inventory levels and ship additional equipment as needed
• Maintain an accurate physical count of inventory located on premises on a monthly basis
• Communicate inventory related information with other departments and key stakeholders
• Keep working areas clean and tidy; remove garbage as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with cellular and wireless technology and/or vehicle electronic systems and RF test experience is strong plus
• Knowledge of vehicle electronic systems is a plus
• Comfort and Experience using screw guns and similar power tools
