Requirements

  • +8 years of experience implementing and testing controls, or risk management and/or compliance environments
  • Advanced Project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality work
  • Experience collaborating with teams to ensure policy consistency and local regulatory compliance
  • Experience proposing innovative solutions
  • An approach that promotes collaboration and consultation
  • Proven ability to identify key risks in access management and influence improvements in the control environment

Responsibilities

  • Guide the development of the testing methodology, including the risk assessment and execution of assurance activity over data security, resiliency, and business conduct risks across the Experian global business
  • Develop control testing plans, agreeing gaps and communicating the testing outcomes to the first line of defence control owners and other relevant partners
  • Develop data analytics strategies
  • Execute testing across the Experian global business, and reporting
  • Manage a team of Testing Leads and Analysts to ensure efficient use of testing resources across the planned tests
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to increase automation of testing, wherever possible
  • Manage controls and risks reduction testing, including coordinating testing processes with important partners, managing the activities of their team members (local and overseas), and reviewing the quality of work performed
  • Prepare communication of testing results (draft reports) reflecting outcomes of work performed
  • Present findings to senior managers of the business and the relevant risk management forums
  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to ensure data analytics is applied within testing during execution and results reporting
  • Improve the identification and prioritization of testing activities as part of the assurance planning process
  • Promote the identification and prioritization of testing activities by bringing inspiring ideas to improve our testing performance
