Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading conversion rate optimization with a proven track record of executing and evaluating tests to optimize online conversion funnel performance Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand
  • Proven track record in performance for effective sales funnels and landing pages from past campaign performance
  • Extensive experience in A/B testing and optimization strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding key performance indicators
  • Knowledge of UI design and web design

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the marketing team on testing capabilities and strategies
  • Execute A/B and multivariate (MVT) optimization tests to drive fundamental improvements to sales funnels, website, and performance
  • Manage the end-to-end experimentation process including hypothesis setting, test design, KPI selection and goals, test execution, results measuring and recommendations
  • Interpret data, identify key findings, make recommendations and share learnings based on testing results to positively impact customer experience, conversion rates, future web developments and further testing iterations
  • Understand customer priorities and pain points, develop robust tests/hypotheses, work with the copywriting team to come up with creative copy/value propositions and design experiment prototypes and wireframes
  • Advocate user-centered design methodologies and incorporate qualitative and quantitative research findings to enhance optimization tests
  • Lead and support training and development of web/funnel optimization and A/B testing standards
  • Build, QA, launch, and monitor A/B tests, while ensuring no cross-pollination of tests with other functions
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis of our data studio, create insightful optimization reports, and present findings to the marketing team to drive conversion rate improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in experimentation methodologies and statistical analysis is highly preferred
