Senior Manager - Conversion Rate Optimization

Requirements
- 3-5 years prior experience in conversion rate optimization
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of JavaScript
- Proficient with Optimizely, both frontend and server-side
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Full knowledge of growth marketing levers (key metrics, how they affect each other)
- Strong understanding of pixels, UTM parameters, and online ad tracking
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Design and implement A/B tests using Optimizely, leveraging your skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to modify web elements directly
- Own the development and management of a robust testing backlog, prioritizing CRO tests that have the potential to increase lead quality and revenue
- Effectively pull and leverage data to generate insights and inform decisions around overall funnel strategy, opportunity, and feature prioritization
- Act as Product Owner for engineering-involved tests, managing requirements, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Work with the performance marketing team to develop and test strategies that are appropriate for different types of traffic and user experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- UI/UX design experience, preferably with Figma
- Experience with GA4, Mixpanel, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms
- Exposure to UX research methods (usability studies, JTBD interviews)
