Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in conversion rate optimisation within eCommerce space, or a related field
- Strong understanding of website design, user interface (UI), and user experience (UX) principles
- Experience with website development and CMS platforms, such as Shopify, WordPress, or Magento
- Good in HTML/CSS and JavaScript
- Strong with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to work within the EU timezone
Responsibilities
- Create and execute CRO strategies to optimize website conversions and increase revenue
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to identify high-performing variations and iterate on them
- Build Out and Optimize landing pages for specific marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates
- Develop and implement copywriting strategies that are optimized for conversion and user engagement
- Conduct user research and incorporate user feedback into website design and development
- Utilize web analytics tools to monitor and report on website performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
- Develop and manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTA
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in CRO, UI/UX design, and website development
