Requirements

  • 3-5 years in CRO, UX optimization, or related roles (preferably in B2BSaaS)
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Mixpanel, HubSpot
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, heatmaps, and user surveys
  • Ability to translate data into actionable strategies and persuasive copy
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance, run A/B tests, and improve UI/UX, CTAs, and page elements for better conversions
  • Optimize landing pages for paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), refining messaging and layouts for higher conversions
  • Use GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify friction points, optimize user flows, and provide actionable insights
  • Develop and execute CRO experiments, leveraging A/B testing and personalization strategies
  • Work with design, content, growth, and product teams to align CRO with business goals

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
