The ideal candidate possesses experience with Azure and relevant certifications. Responsibilities include acting as a product expert for Copilot, providing customer support, and collaborating with the technical team. Apeiron Sumus is a Microsoft Partner specializing in customer cloud transformation.

Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's degree (or the equivalent)
• Have two years of related technical support experience in Azure
• Be technically savvy with strong project management skills
• Have experience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutions
• Have the ability to explain a technical solution in a non-technical format

Responsibilities

• Act as product expert – Review and respond to all Copilot needs
• Evaluate the solutions by testing its capabilities in an on-going manner
• Determine and report on system capabilities and restrictions
• Evaluate the customer objective and suggest alternatives and recommendations
• Provide customer support – Collaborate with other technical team members to provide exceptional customer service to the client
• Work with team members to develop technical solutions based on Copilot Azure technology

Preferred Qualifications

Have AZ-900, AZ-305, AZ-500 certifications
