Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of print and eLearning training materials, assessing language, punctuation, readability, style, content flow, graphics, and adherence to standards
• Ensure all deliverables align with project scope and maintain high-quality standards
• Identify and document errors, validate corrections, and ensure quality before submission
• Correct grammar, punctuation, logical inconsistencies, and attention-to-detail (ATD) issues to enhance content clarity and effectiveness
• Utilize checklists, project standards, and predefined templates to perform comprehensive quality checks
• Leverage relevant tools and templates to streamline quality assurance processes
• Adhere to project timelines and escalate any quality risks to the project manager
• Follow established quality assurance protocols and contribute to process improvements
• Proactively flag issues that may impact timelines, content design, or project scope
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine training content

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with courseware development tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
