Summary

The candidate should have a portfolio of work demonstrating multi-channel writing skills, 3-5 years of experience working within a creative department, proficiency with MS Office and G Suite, and experience with financial services or highly regulated industries is a plus. FINN Partners offers flexibility to work remotely with optional in-office days, and the anticipated salary is between $55,000 - $75,000.
Requirements
- A portfolio of work demonstrating your multi-channel writing skills (Required)
- 3-5 years of experience working within a creative department, either at an agency or on the client-side
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT), G Suite (Docs, slides)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with art directors, strategists, and other team members to develop multi-channel creative concepts that are on strategy and reflect the tone of the brand
- Distill complex technical information into conversational, easy-to-understand, engaging copy and content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, infographics, collateral, case studies, video, whitepapers, etc
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and current trends to generate ideas for new content
- Write copy from concept to completion based on input from client, agency team, and your own proactive research
- Take ownership of your projects from start to finish, maintaining a consistently high standard of work
- Be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects across multiple clients, regularly reporting their status to your project leads
- Collaborate with designers/art directors to determine the hierarchy of content and most effective, engaging way to communicate messaging
- Be able to work solo on some projects when needed with little handholding
- Regularly attend client meetings to better understand their brand and business and build trusting relationships
- Effectively present work to your supervisor, agency team and clients
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with financial services or any highly regulated industry is a plus
