Requirements

• 3+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in email marketing, newsletters, or editorial content
• Strong portfolio showcasing newsletter or email marketing content
• Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy tailored to audience needs
• Experience working within tight deadlines (5-day content turnaround) while maintaining quality
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of digital content best practices and audience engagement strategies

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and develop monthly newsletter content within the allotted five-day timeframe
• Edit your own content
• Craft compelling headlines, engaging copy, and clear calls-to-action that drive audience engagement
• Work closely with designers, editors, and marketing teams to ensure newsletter content aligns with brand messaging and goals
• Adapt tone and style based on audience insights, ensuring a consistent brand voice
• Edit and proofread content to maintain high-quality standards and error-free delivery
• Coordinate with stakeholders for approvals, revisions, and content sign-offs
