Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Have proven experience (5+ years) in copywriting or content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to translate technical product features into customer-focused benefits
  • Possess exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
  • Have experience with CRO principles and creating conversion-focused content
  • Possess a collaborative mindset with the ability to manage feedback constructively and iterate quickly

Responsibilities

  • Write engaging website copy, landing pages, one-sheets, lead magnets, and conversion-optimized materials that reflect Tebra’s product value and benefits
  • Develop and refine CRO copy for our resource hub (The Intake) to boost engagement and conversions
  • Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance content creation. Experiment with prompt engineering to generate better results, refine messaging, and uncover innovative ideas
  • Maintain a messaging spreadsheet that captures and evolves Tebra’s key product features and benefits
  • Review and polish social media content, case studies, and other collateral to ensure clarity and consistency and maintain brand consistency
  • Partner with the marketing team to align messaging and participate in brainstorming sessions, creative ideation, and feedback cycles
  • Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare topics, and competitor strategies to ensure content remains relevant and impactful

Preferred Qualifications

Have familiarity with EHR systems, healthcare software, or the healthcare industry
