Requirements

• At least 1 year (ideally 2+ years) of experience in digital marketing copywriting with a solid portfolio of results-driven content
• Mastery in persuasive writing, A/B testing, and creating high-impact digital content
• Comfortable with SEO best practices, digital marketing metrics, and platforms like Google Suite
• Ability to work quickly, deliver multiple creative ideas, and iterate based on feedback
• Experience writing for American audiences, especially for customer-facing marketing communications
• Advanced English language skills (C1/C2) are required
• A growth-oriented, accountable professional who loves to take risks and learn from every experiment

Responsibilities

• Create, test, and optimize compelling copy for email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and landing pages
• Develop multiple copy variants to A/B test and find what truly resonates with our target audience
• Work closely with our marketing and growth teams to ensure every word aligns with Ergeon’s unique brand voice
• Dive into performance metrics (open rates, conversion rates, etc.) to continually refine and elevate our messaging
• Use creative tools—and yes, even AI as a brainstorming companion—to boost efficiency while keeping the final output authentically human
