Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Public Affairs, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry
  • Strong understanding of global corporate affairs, including public relations, government relations, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of the companyโ€™s strategic initiatives
  • Prepare briefing materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations
  • Lead and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the Country Manager
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects and initiatives
  • Manage and collaborate on various projects from the CM roles perspective including Customer Support GPT, solving tax issues for users, remote SPEI system access, SPEI capacity analysis, MXN yields, MXNB, credit card on-ramp, data science dashboard updates and KPIs, and mitigating SPEI-related risks
  • Support Corporate Affairs, including public relations, government relations, and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and media
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform strategic decision-making
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Country Manager and various departments within the company (marketing, comms, product)
  • Prepare internal communications and updates on behalf of the Country Manager
  • Organize and manage internal events, including town halls and leadership meetings
  • Plan and organize monthly town hall meetings to foster team cohesion, including planning, structuring, and compiling presentations in collaboration with the People team
