Corporate and FP&A Reporting Leader

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
• 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related roles
• Proven experience in creating high-quality, data-driven presentations using PowerPoint with a keen eye for design and storytelling
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of comprehensive corporate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
• Develop and enhance financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and create visually appealing, executive-level PowerPoint presentations to communicate key financial metrics and business strategies
• Partner with key business units to understand financial drivers, support strategic initiatives, and provide decision-support analysis
• Monitor and report on key financial KPIs, identifying trends and variances to guide strategic adjustments
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A reporting
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support investor relations, board presentations, and corporate strategy discussions
• Mentor and guide junior finance staff to foster skill development and continuous learning
