Join a well-known regional law firm with a national practice as a Securities and Capital Markets Attorney. This senior associate or counsel-level position requires eight or more years of experience representing issuers and investment banks in public and private securities offerings. You will advise publicly traded companies on compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, exchange listing standards, and corporate governance. Remote candidates are considered. The firm offers a work/life balance and a progressive bonus structure. The estimated annual base salary range is $145,000–$190,000.

Requirements

• Have eight or more years of experience
