Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
- 3+ years of experience practicing corporate law at a law firm or in-house legal department, with a focus on corporate transactions and general corporate matters
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter support on a wide range of corporate matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis on issues and provide clear and practical guidance to practice groups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and human resources, to support business initiatives and strategic objectives
- Assist with operational efforts related to corporate transactions, including practice guides, procedural summaries, templates, and best practices
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's business and proactively identify potential risks and opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of corporate formations, capital markets, governance, and other relevant areas of corporate law
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Dedicated and thoughtful about your work and team
- Highly relational, with excellent in-person and telephone manner
- Highly value teamwork and collaboration
- Well-organized

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment
