Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in strategy, operations, or legal roles within blockchain, fintech, or technology companies
- Education: Law degree (JD) or equivalent legal qualification preferred; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto regulations, and financial services compliance frameworks
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex strategies while navigating regulatory requirements
- Analytical Skills: Excellence in data-driven decision making and strategic problem solving
- Communication: Outstanding ability to articulate complex legal and strategic concepts to diverse audiences
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic initiatives that align business objectives with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Lead regulatory analysis and strategic planning for new market entries, product launches, and partnership structures
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure compliance by design while maintaining competitive advantage in the market
- Create and implement frameworks for evaluating strategic opportunities, considering both business potential and regulatory implications
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, industry partners, and internal teams
- Drive cross-functional projects that require both strategic thinking and legal expertise to achieve optimal outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international regulatory frameworks and cross-border operations
- Background in smart contract development or blockchain architecture
- Knowledge of securities law and financial regulations in major markets
