Requirements

• English or Scottish solicitor or barrister with at least 4 years PQE
• Experience of working in an in-house legal team, and in the pharmaceutical industry would be desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate a diverse array of commercial contracts
• Provide guidance on corporate governance matters
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis
• Assist in the development, review, and implementation of company policies
• Collaborate closely with various departments to address legal issues
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to business units on legal matters
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks and exposures across the organization
