Summary

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in a Corporate/M&A department of a law firm, strong teamwork skills, problem-solving abilities, and fluency in English and French.

Requirements

• Three to five years of professional experience in the Corporate/M&A department of a law firm
• Strong sense of teamwork
• Pragmatic, problem solver, fast executor and rigorous
• Ability to provide concise, commercially driven legal advice
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and transactional practices
• Fluency in English and French required (communication and legal drafting)

Responsibilities

• Supporting the company’s M&A strategy
• Assisting with special corporate and venture projects
• Structuring and implementing employee incentive mechanisms
• Handling various corporate law issues in all jurisdictions where we operate
• Managing the relationships with external counsels and internal teams
• Contributing to the growth strategy of the group companies
