Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting, talent acquisition, or related role
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and labor market trends
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates to fill open roles effectively and efficiently
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles
  • Coordinating and participating in recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking opportunities
  • Creating recruitment-oriented posts for social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, to advertise our job vacancies while maintaining consistency with our branding
  • Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, documentation, and legal requirements
  • Providing regular reports and insights on key recruitment metrics to management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s in related field
  • Familiarity with Workable
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment or within the IT/technology sector
  • Prior experience with sourcing candidates through social media platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events
  • Knowledge of hiring best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a metrics-driven recruitment environment
  • Experience with sourcing through social media platforms such as LinkedIn is a plus
