Join Bitso as a Biz and Ops Recruiter and drive the full-cycle recruitment process, acting as the go-to person for hiring managers. Requirements

• Proven English fluency
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role
• Relevant educational background or studies in HR, Business, or a related field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, leveraging insights to inform recruitment strategies and decisions
• Strong customer orientation, with a deep understanding of candidate and hiring manager expectations
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize effectively
