Corporate Senior Solution Engineer

Summary

The job is for a Solution Engineer in the Corporate Business Unit (Litigation Management) at Litify, a fast-growing legal technology company backed by Bessemer Venture Partners. The role involves supporting sales efforts, developing custom demonstrations of the Litify platform, and conducting discovery sessions with potential clients.

Requirements

• Salesforce administration experience
• Proficient in building Salesforce Flows
• B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience required
• Database and/or SQL Experience
• Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology
• Solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in their campaigns by helping identify, quantify, and capture Litify’s value proposition and best solution that solves the customer’s challenges
• Build and demonstrate the Litify platform that align with the customer’s needs
• Conduct discovery sessions to potential Litify clients alongside our sales team
• Directly engage internal and external stakeholders in client-facing environments via demos and presentations
• Configure Salesforce for custom demonstrations to showcase specific capabilities and enhancing standard demos for use by internal team members
• Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management
• Answer RFPs effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a legal department or with legal departments
• Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM company or litigation management company
• Salesforce certifications

Benefits

• Ability to travel domestically (1-2x per month)
• The estimated base pay range for this role is $110,000-130,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits
