Summary

Join Lucid Software as a Technical Project Manager to oversee identity management, system administration, networking, automation, and project management. The ideal candidate will have experience in communication and project management, knowledge of identity management systems, expertise in system administration across multiple platforms, solid understanding of networking fundamentals, and proficiency in automation and scripting languages.

Requirements

• Proven experience in communication and project management, particularly in cross-functional technical projects
• Strong knowledge of identity management systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO)
• Expertise in system administration across multiple platforms (Mac, Windows, Linux)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, switching, routing)
• Proficiency in automation and scripting languages (Python, Ruby, etc.) to streamline infrastructure processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage identity and access solutions (Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO providers like Okta, OneLogin)
• Maintain and optimize systems across Mac, Windows, and Linux environments, ensuring high availability and performance
• Monitor and manage networking components, including DHCP, DNS, switching, and routing, to ensure smooth operations
• Design and implement automation solutions for system management and integrations using scripting languages (Python, Ruby, etc.)
• Lead infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, providing updates and facilitating issue resolution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MDM deployments for managing devices at scale
• Hands-on experience with VPN technologies
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Chef, Terraform) and cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
