Requirements
- 1 β 3 years of work experience in technology companies, ideally with experience or understanding of the SMB / SaaS / Martech landscape
- Prior corporate strategy, corporate development, and / or consulting experience
- Excellent executive presentation, finance, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience acquiring and distilling large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data into relevant insight and actionable recommendations
- Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects at one time, and rapidly change priorities based on business needs; comfortable with uncertainty
- Proficient both with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (GSuite)
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and track execution
- Conduct strategic analysis: perform both qualitative (e.g., market research, competitive analysis) and quantitative (e.g., financial modelling, sensitivity analysis, data and trend analysis on key metrics) analysis in support of strategic initiatives
- Track strategic partnership and M&A activities
- Develop executive presentation: develop presentations, briefs, and fact packs for executive and BoD updates
