Summary

Join Suki, a leading AI voice solutions company in healthcare, as an experienced and engaging trainer. As a member of the Customer Success team, you will train healthcare providers on Suki's products, delivering 1:1, small group, and large group training sessions. You will also conduct train-the-trainer sessions and become an expert in Suki's product variations and their integration with EMR systems. The role requires strong communication skills, instructional design abilities, and healthcare experience, particularly with EMRs like Epic. This remote position involves frequent travel to customer sites for in-person training, with occasional company-wide retreats and quarterly in-person working sessions. Requirements

  • Five years of training experience
  • Excellent speaking skills and the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly
  • Experience conducting remote training and administering presentation tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Train customers (primarily healthcare providers) how to use Sukiโ€™s products
  • Engage with customer success managers to understand the needs of each customer and deliver 1:1, small group, and large group training sessions
  • Deliver train-the-trainer sessions to customersโ€™ staff and Suki internal personnel
  • Become an expert in the variations of Sukiโ€™s products and understand how they integrate with various electronic medical records systems (EMRs)
  • Develop a solid understanding of healthcare provider workflows, particularly how they use EMRs (especially Epic) to document patient visits

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of electronic medical records systems, healthcare terminology, and documentation workflows (Preferably Epic)
  • Comfortable in a hospital or other healthcare setting
  • Experience conducting webinars with a variety of software tools
  • Ability to frequently travel to customer sites to deliver in-person training
  • High degree of attention to small details along with the ability to quickly iterate
