Join Learnlight, an EdTech company, as a Sales Processes Enablement Lead, reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement and working remotely. You will directly impact Junior BDR workflows across countries, providing resources and training, and maintaining productivity and lead quality. This role involves optimizing sales processes, collaborating with various teams (Sales Leaders, Sales Training, Marketing, RevOps, and CRM), and ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. You will lead Junior BDR onboarding and development, manage sales tools, identify workflow inconsistencies, define and track KPIs, and ensure sales materials are current and accessible. The position requires strong communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Development, Sales Enablement, or Inside Sales Operations, with hands-on experience supporting or leading SDR/BDR teams
- Advanced English required; Spanish and/or German are strong pluses
- Proficient in key sales tools such as SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and Dynamics CRM
- Skilled at analysing performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements, while managing multiple initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; able to coach and guide teams without direct line authority
- A team player with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and the ability to work cross-functionally
Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding and ongoing development of Junior BDRs, including training on tools, standardized scripts, outreach best practices, and CRM/data hygiene
- Manage the enablement and adoption of key sales tools (e.g., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting, and ensure consistent usage across teams
- Identify workflow inconsistencies across markets, streamline prospecting processes, and implement improvements to drive efficiency and consistency
- Define and track KPIs with RevOps, monitor BDR performance, and provide independent input to Sales Leaders on progress and improvement areas
- Ensure sales decks, messaging, templates, and enablement materials are current, accessible, and aligned across regions through collaboration with Sales Training and Marketing
- Act as a knowledge-sharing hub, align with Sales and Marketing leaders on strategy and lead gen priorities, and contribute to the overall sales enablement roadmap
