This full-time, remote Counsel position focuses on corporate and M&A law, working with a team known for its commercial approach and deal-making expertise. You will work on middle-market transactions and advise founders and investors. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in corporate and M&A law at an AM Law 100 firm, ideally with funds and LLC investment experience. Requirements

• Have 8 years plus corporate law experience
• Ideally 8 years plus of experience in Corporate and M&A law at an AM Law 100 firm, ideally with Funds and LLC investments

Responsibilities

• Work with a leading Corporate/M&A partner
• Regularly act for buyers and sellers in middle market transactions valued between $50m and $1b
• Advise founders and significant investors in $1b + transactions
• Regularly represent investment managers and wealth management platforms on spinouts and rollups
• Work in Investment Management, Finance, Crypto and fintech, Cyber security and data privacy, and Tax

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience with Funds and exposure to LLC investments
