Summary
Unison is hiring a Sales Director / Director of Origination in France to source and secure attractive telecom investment opportunities. The role involves leading a team, building broker relationships, and developing customer and institutional partnerships.
Requirements
- A background in telecommunications real estate
- Real estate negotiation and closing experience
- Business-to-Consumer direct sales experience, including outbound dialing
- Business development experience and existing relationships with telecommunications providers are a plus
- Experience leading sales teams is preferred
- Must be authorized to work in-country without visa sponsorship
- English and French proficiency required
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of originators to source and close telecom ground lease and fiber-based infrastructure acquisitions
- Identify, build, and manage a network of broker originators to source and close ground lease and fiber-based infrastructure transactions
- Build relationships with customers and institutional partners to identify large-scale investment opportunities and increase the value and revenue from the Companyβs asset portfolio
