Requirements

  • Business-to-Consumer direct sales experience, including outbound dialing
  • Business development experience and existing relationships with telecommunications providers are a plus
  • Experience leading sales teams is preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in-country without visa sponsorship
  • English and French proficiency required

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of originators to source and close telecom ground lease and fiber-based infrastructure acquisitions
  • Identify, build, and manage a network of broker originators to source and close ground lease and fiber-based infrastructure transactions
  • Build relationships with customers and institutional partners to identify large-scale investment opportunities and increase the value and revenue from the Company’s asset portfolio
