Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports
- Monitor and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of Court Support processes
- Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance
- Drive process improvements and suggest new solutions to improve performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of Skye, particularly related to Sheriffs/Partners is a plus
