Join Brillio as a CPQ Business Process Architect and lead the charge for Quote-to-Cash (QTC) excellence. You will be responsible for defining and architecting the end-to-end QTC process using Salesforce, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and Brillio's unique business needs. This role involves analyzing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing innovative solutions to drive automation, efficiency, and scalability. You will leverage your deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and related quote-to-cash modules to design and implement a robust and scalable solution. Collaboration with various teams, including sales, finance, legal, product, and engineering, is crucial for gathering requirements, defining solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. You will also be responsible for designing and overseeing integrations with critical systems, including SAP for financial data and Brillio's proprietary provisioning applications. To ensure successful user adoption and maximize ROI, you will develop comprehensive training materials and provide ongoing support. Staying abreast of the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends, championing best practices, and driving continuous improvement are essential aspects of this role. You will also provide expert guidance and mentorship to internal teams and cross-functional partners. This position requires extensive experience with CPQ applications, proven track record of designing and implementing complex QTC processes, integration prowess, strong understanding of sales, contracts, finance, and legal processes related to QTC, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Deep Salesforce Expertise: 10 - 12 years of extensive experience with CPQ applications (in Salesforce CPQ or similar CPQ such as Conga etc.) and has hands-on experience including simple and advanced configuration, and integration
- QTC Domain Mastery: Proven track record of designing and implementing complex QTC processes in a SaaS environment, process mapping and modeling, end-to-end process creation, process improvement methodologies experience (CI, ToC, etc)
- Integration Prowess: Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP and provisioning application s
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales, contracts, finance, and legal processes related to QTC
- Architectural Vision: Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions that meet current and future business needs
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse 1 stakeholder
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions
- Change Management Champion: Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist mandatory
Responsibilities
- Lead the Charge for QTC Excellence: Define and architect the end-to-end QTC process leveraging Salesforce, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and our unique business needs
- Challenge the Status Quo: Critically analyze our existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions that drive automation, efficiency, and scalability
- Be the QTC Champion: Leverage deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and related quote to cash modules to design and implement a robust and scalable solution
- Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, product, and engineering teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation
- Architect Seamless Integrations: Design and oversee integrations with critical systems, including SAP for financial data and our proprietary provisioning applications
- Drive User Adoption: Develop comprehensive training materials and provide ongoing support to ensure successful user adoption and maximize ROI
- Advocate for Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends, championing best practices and driving continuous improvement
- Be the Trusted Advisor: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to internal teams and cross functional partners
- Document Everything: Create detailed process flows, functional specifications, and design documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Application Architect or relevant certifications are highly desirable
- Data Driven: Experience working with and analyzing data to improve business process
