Creative Content Associate

Summary

Join us as Firefly's Creative Content Associate, a key player in fostering member engagement and loyalty by designing compelling visuals and content for marketing initiatives. This role involves visual storytelling, campaign execution, content management, and maintaining brand consistency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a design or content creation role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
• Superb project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Visual Storytelling: Design content tailored for member marketing initiatives
• Campaign execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content calendars that align with member marketing goals
• Content management: Manage and maintain content streams for member communications
• Brand consistency: Uphold and evolve the Firefly Health brand identity across all marketing materials and touchpoints

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, hubspot)
• Experience with video editing or motion graphics
• Familiarity with content management systems
• Understanding of SEO best practices
