Requirements

• 5+ years experience with camera operation, video editing, and sound design
• Experience editing short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram reels
• Advanced skills with video editing software in Adobe Premiere
• Experience with directing talent or on-street personalities
• Experience with basic lighting, small-scale set design, and staging

Responsibilities

• Developing content strategies aligned with brand goals and audience preferences
• Planning brainstorms, helping curate content calendars, themes, and formats to ensure consistent and engaging output
• Collaborating with writers, designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce high-quality content
• Providing creative guidance and feedback to ensure content meets brand standards and resonates with the target audience
• Reviewing and approving content before publication to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging
• Working closely with client services, project management, creative, and production teammates to ensure content supports broader business objectives
• Utilizing various tools and software for content creation, including cameras, mics, lighting, video editing software, graphic design tools, and content management systems
