Associate Content Producer

Requirements

• Prior experience in video production (1-3 years)
• Proficient in filming and operating camera equipment, including iPhone (GoPro or DSLR experience is a plus)
• Understanding of social media marketing
• Strong skills in remote communication for coordinating ad production with graphic designers and video editors
• Intermediate experience with Premiere Pro is essential; familiarity with its features and tools is required
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role is about speed and high-volume output!

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop, produce, and manage engaging content across various platforms, including social media, website, and marketing campaigns
• Project Management: Assist in coordinating content production from start to finish, including brainstorming, planning, and executing video shoots, photoshoots, and graphic design projects
• Social Media & Digital Marketing: Optimize content based on performance data to ensure maximum reach and impact
• Creative Input: Provide creative ideas and feedback to enhance content quality, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and appeals to target audiences
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure cohesive and high-quality content production
• Content Optimization: Stay current with industry trends and best practices to help shape content strategies and improve overall content effectiveness
• Equipment Management: Handle basic filming and photography tasks using a variety of devices (e.g., smartphone, camera) and assist in setting up lighting and other equipment as needed
• Organization: Maintain an organized repository of all content assets, including footage, images, and graphics, ensuring easy access and efficient workflow
