Creative Director

Join Copy.ai as their first Creative Director, a fully remote position requiring 9am-5pm availability in your timezone (Pacific to Eastern). You will lead brand management, marketing communications, video production, and project management, collaborating closely with founders and other teams. Requirements

• 8+ years in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand development, marketing campaigns, and video production
• Exceptional creative vision with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual and narrative content
• Excellent project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Proficient in digital marketing and social media strategies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to understand and adapt to market trends
• Collaborative yet decisive, with an ability to balance creative integrity with business objectives
• Innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling through video and other media

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance the Copy.ai brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across the company
• Lead the development of comprehensive marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience
• Craft compelling narratives that align with our brand's voice and mission
• Manage content creation for digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and web content
• Direct the production of high-quality video content from concept through to execution
• Edit video content to ensure it meets brand standards and effectively communicates the intended message
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video production technology and storytelling techniques
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
• Work closely with other departments to integrate creative strategies with business goals
• Present creative concepts to the leadership team and key stakeholders to garner buy-in and feedback
