Remote Creative Director

Join Grow Therapy as a Creative Director to lead our brand and growth design team, delivering distinctive designs across our growth portfolio, and contribute to the company's mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice and patients accessing high-quality care.

Requirements

• Have extensive experience in designing for acquisition and conversion across various mediums including landing pages, advertising, email, and video production
• Skilled in managing creative teams, promoting high standards, innovation, and risk-taking while blending business acumen with versatile design skills focused on delivering exceptional customer value
• Have a keen sense for how to build a brand: avoiding tropes, using data, and advocating for a distinctive approach
• Data-driven in decision-making, even when evaluating abstract concepts like brand consistency, and able to collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a cohesive product and brand voice
• Proficient in the Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with illustration and video production being ideal, but not required skills

Responsibilities

• Lead our brand and growth design team to deliver distinctive designs across our growth portfolio including: advertising, landing pages, collateral, and emails
• Building and coaching a world class design team that generates growth vs. just enabling growth functions
• Contributing as a leader, manager, and doer, able to lead a high-performing team and pull up your sleeves and deliver top-notch design work when necessary
• Implementing measurement frameworks - brand awareness, recall, conversion, NPS etc - to evaluate output objectively, and using data to inform design choices
