Join us for a game-changing career where we will shape the journey of esports together with diversity and inclusion. We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to drive the creative direction for two key brands—FACEIT and the Esports World Cup (EWC).

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Creative Leadership Role in Brand and Marketing
  • Strong background in content and campaign development, and project management with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present ideas to diverse audiences
  • A deep understanding of gaming culture and esports, ideally with a focus on the MENA region

Responsibilities

  • Champion the FACEIT brand across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring consistent and strategic implementation of brand guidelines to build a unified brand presence
  • Drive the ideation, planning, and distribution of marketing-related content (video and still) and campaigns to achieve our goals and KPIs
  • Shape and differentiate the brand identity of FACEIT Watch, aligning it with the core FACEIT brand while building a unique community-centered experience
  • Work closely with the Consumer & Product Marketing team to deliver content and campaigns that align with the Consumer Marketing strategy. Partner with internal and external teams to ensure campaign execution is seamless and impactful
  • Oversee resource planning, including team allocation, freelance coordination, and agency partnerships, to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
  • Build out FACEIT's brand strategy, continuously refining its positioning to meet evolving audience needs and industry trends
  • Define both short-term and long-term brand strategies, ensuring they align with EFG’s objectives and industry trends
  • Oversee the development of creative marketing concepts that resonate with both endemic and non-endemic audiences, positioning EWC as a premier esports event
  • Act as a strategic creative advisor to the Esports World Cup Foundation, providing direction on brand marketing communications that align with the brand’s mission and objectives
  • Manage the end-to-end creation of brand marketing content, including video and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with EFG’s standards
  • Work closely with the Consumer Marketing team and the Brand Design Lead for EWC to deliver content and campaigns that align with the Consumer Marketing & Brand strategy. Partner with internal and external teams to ensure campaign execution is seamless and impactful
  • Lead resource planning, coordinating with team members, freelancers, and agencies to ensure smooth project execution
