Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a similar leadership role within a SaaS company, in-house creative team, or agency
  • Expert-level proficiency in project management software (e.g. Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com), with hands-on experience implementing workflows, reporting, and team collaboration
  • Strong understanding of creative processes, including design, content creation, website, and multimedia production
  • Proven ability to manage complex creative projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a keen eye for identifying and improving inefficiencies
  • Experience with resource allocation, budgeting, and performance tracking for creative projects

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end creative production process, ensuring seamless execution from project intake to final delivery
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com) as the central hub for tracking progress, assigning tasks, and meeting deadlines efficiently
  • Establish and refine best practices, workflows, and operational processes to improve efficiency within the creative team
  • Act as the bridge between the creative team and other business units, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and expectation management
  • Drive resource planning, capacity management, and budget tracking to optimize team workload and productivity
  • Monitor project performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for process improvements
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and creative partners when needed
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, advocating for the creative team’s needs while maintaining operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the SaaS or technology industry, particularly within a fast-growing company
  • Familiarity with marketing and creative technology tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Analytics)
  • Graphic design background, passion for design, and/or hands-on experience with designing marketing collateral
  • PMP or project management certification
  • Passion for creative excellence and team empowerment
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite) for collaboration and documentation
