Creative Operations Manager

Summary

Join Fresh Prints' innovative art team as a crucial member in a fast-growing American start-up offering a permanent work-from-home position. This role involves setting quarterly OKRs, creating and implementing strategic programs to enhance team efficiency, projecting growth and hiring needs, managing a team of leads, analyzing data to drive metric achievement, conducting one-on-one meetings and performance reviews. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of team management experience, graphic design experience (or willingness to learn), and proficiency in data analysis and Google Sheets/Excel. The role is remote, based in the Philippines, with a night shift schedule aligned with US Eastern Time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Team Management
• Experience in graphic design (or willingness to learn)
• 3+ years of experience managing strategic programs
• Total proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Experience in analyzing data
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Set quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for your team
• Create and implement strategic programs that improve the art team's efficiency, influence, and productivity
• Project out growth and hiring needs for the art team
• Manage a team of Fresh Prints Team Leads to help them manage their direct reports (artists and art assistants)
• Analyze team data and drive your team around hitting metrics
• One-on-one meetings with your direct reports and with the VP of Art
• Deliver yearly performance reviews to your team (both direct and indirect reports)
