Summary

Join Xero as a Creative Optimisation Manager and drive the global creative optimisation agenda for the Performance Marketing team. You will develop and execute a comprehensive creative optimisation strategy to increase conversions, revenue, and user engagement across various channels. Analyze data from A/B tests and other creative efforts to make data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with the Creative Hub and other teams to align creative efforts with regional and GTM campaigns. Stay current with industry trends and best practices. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in digital marketing and creative agencies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working in/across the Digital Marketing space
  • Direct testing & platform performance experience
  • Experience working in a digital and/or creative agency
  • Strong knowledge of ad platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, GDN, YouTube, TikTok
  • Deep expertise in ad creative of all formats
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data to insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive creative optimisation strategy to increase conversions, revenue, and user engagement across Social, Display, TikTok and other channels
  • Work in partnership with our Creative Hub (our internal agency) to develop a scalable process to continuously produce and test high-performing creatives at scale
  • Analyse and interpret data from A/B tests and other creative efforts to make data-driven recommendations on future tests and creative development roadmaps
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Regional Marketing teams to align creative optimisation efforts with regional and GTM campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging ad creative best practices
