Summary

Join Brafton, a leading content marketing firm, as a 100% remote, full-time contract Creative Production Project Manager based in British Columbia. You will serve as the client's internal advocate, managing delivery schedules, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on-time and on-brief production. This role requires strong creative, organizational, and collaborative skills. You will review all creative work before client delivery, providing feedback to production teams. Success requires exceptional communication, multitasking abilities, and a deep understanding of Brafton's production processes. The position offers a remote work environment.

Requirements

  • Have a strong creative background (ideally with a focus on editorial)
  • Be exceptionally organized
  • Be collaborative & easy to work with
  • Possess strong computer skills, including but not limited to proficiency with our proprietary software as well as industry tools
  • Possess exceptional product knowledge and deep understanding of our production processes
  • Have the ability to work at a computer during standard working hours
  • Possess exceptional communication skills with colleagues and clients alike
  • Have the ability to multi-task
  • Have the ability to understand and even further a client's brief in an actionable way
  • Have the ability to provide the production teams with clear and meaningful feedback on work
  • Possess exceptional product knowledge and deep understanding of our production processes, as well as the ability to think outside the box and arrive at new or customized approaches to our clients' deliverables
  • Have diligent record-keeping habits
  • Possess strong editorial and written communication skills
  • Possess good people skills
  • Have attention to detail
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the client's ultimate internal advocate
  • Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules
  • Track tasks and deliverables for his or her accounts on a monthly basis
  • Work with the production teams to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are created on-time and on-brief
  • Serve as the gatekeeper for all production deliverables: Reviewing work to ensure it's on-brief and providing production with feedback and guidance whenever necessary
  • Attend weekly, bi-weekly or monthly client check-ins
  • Ensure that content or strategy issues are escalated and resolved quickly and effectively
