Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or creative operations
  • Expert in project management tools, ideally Asana
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally and interfacing with people at all levels
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and track all creative requests from cross-functional teams (merch, marketing, brand, product)
  • Establish and manage project timelines in Asana for all creative projects, including new brand initiatives, ensuring milestones are met on time and tasks stay on track through regular communication and check-ins with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to allocate resources effectively and communicate timelines to partner teams
  • Organize and facilitate project kickoffs ensuring project briefs are fully prepared with input from all necessary stakeholders
  • Route creative assets through stakeholder channels for feedback and approvals
  • Ensure all creative deliverables meet deadlines, stay on brief, and align with brand standards
  • Manage and optimize workflow tools and processes, fostering smooth cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries
  • Familiarity with creative production processes and timelines (design, copy, asset creation)
