Creative Quality Control Specialist

Join Fresh Prints, an NYC-based custom apparel startup, as an Art Quality Assurance Associate! You will be a crucial member of a growing art team, ensuring high-quality design mock-ups for every order. This remote position, based in the Philippines and requiring night shift availability, involves meticulous quality checks, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with the art team to improve processes. Requirements

• Have a working laptop / desktop computer that can run Adobe softwares smoothly
• Have an Intel i5 core
• Have 8-12 gb of ram
• Computer can support at least 2021 version of Adobe apps
• Have at least Windows 10 (for Windows user)
• Have a strong internet connection with at least one backup (mobile data, etc)
• Internet connection has 75 mbps (download) & 25mbps (upload)
• Have at least 3+ years experience in Adobe Illustrator
• Be a perfectionist with great attention to detail
• Have a love for graphic design
• Have the ability to make sure our artwork passes the FP QA standards
• Be reliable
• Remain calm under pressure
• Be goal-driven
• Be fluent in English
• Be comfortable with night shift

Responsibilities

• Check proof and revision requests for mistakes to ensure that they are logistically possible
• Check proof and revision requests for mistakes to ensure that they are accurate to the client’s request
• Check proof and revision requests for mistakes to ensure that they are high-quality artwork
• Check proof and revision requests for mistakes to ensure that there are no licensing issues
• Check proof and revision requests for mistakes to ensure that templates are accurately filled in
• Check proof and revision requests for mistakes to ensure that they are aesthetically pleasing
• Provide constructive and actionable feedback to artwork that doesn’t meet the QA standards and requirements of the client
• Provide tips/next steps on how to improve level of work
• Communicate and track issues for art team to help build stronger systems
• Report to one of the art managers on the leadership team

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience in design / art quality assurance

• Annual Salary- $ 5,400 - $ 9,360 (night shift makes more money)
