Requirements
- 3+ years of experience creating Meta Ads, with at least 1 year as a Media Buyer
- At least 2+ years of experience in creating Meta Ads for DTC brands
- Proven ability to craft compelling ad creatives that address customer pain points
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace
- Experience sourcing, managing, and negotiating with content creators
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience insights
- Strong communication skills for effectively presenting test results and recommendations to the team
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
- Being able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Being able to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- An excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Familiarity with working autonomously and managing your own time independently and effectively
- Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (You must be fluent in English, although English doesn't have to be your native language)
- Being open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism and improving on it
- Must be able to consistently work full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed briefs for content creators, including specifications for B-roll footage
- Design variations of Meta Ads tailored for weekly A/B and multivariate testing
- Prepare and ensure the quality of video ad variations aligned with brand goals
- Research content creators whose style and audience align with campaign objectives
- Communicate project scopes with potential content creators and oversee collaboration
- Provide feedback and ensure the quality of content delivered by creators
- Stay informed on emerging trends in Meta Ads and Reels to keep strategies fresh and effective
- Crafting narratives that align with the brandβs identity and resonate with the target audience
- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize results
- Collaborate with team members to align creative and media-buying strategies
