Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a creative or strategic role focused on paid media, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle brands
  • Expertise in crafting performance-driven ad strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to assess and optimize campaign performance
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with a strong ability to connect emotionally with an audience through paid media
  • Experience briefing and collaborating with creative teams and designers
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for women’s health and a commitment to destigmatizing menopause

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Creative Strategies
  • Craft and implement creative strategies specifically tailored for paid media channels, including social media, search, and display
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to deliver cohesive and impactful advertising campaigns
  • Partner with designers and creative teams to ideate, brief, and guide the development of performance-driven content, ensuring alignment with campaign goals
  • Provide creative direction and feedback on all aspects of the creative process, from concept to execution
  • Conduct research and gather insights to deeply understand the needs and preferences of women experiencing menopause
  • Develop audience personas and identify key messaging that resonates with our target audience
  • Optimize creative strategies based on performance data and A/B testing to continually improve campaign outcomes
  • Monitor paid media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to refine creative strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep Winona’s paid media strategies fresh and innovative
