Summary

Requirements

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategy for social media campaigns and other marketing channels and iteratively build upon the strategy through experimentation and hypotheses testing
• Track and report on KPIs for marketing campaigns in various channels, and use insights to optimize content/ creative strategy
• Develop and execute a content strategy across Sleeper’s social media channels to increase engagement and brand awareness
• Oversee and manage the production of a variety of marketing assets, including videos and graphics, tailored to audience preferences
• Manage production timelines and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery of ad assets
• Work with teams and partners to ensure ad creatives meet brand standards and business objectives
• Monitor digital content and advertisement trends (in and around the sports space) to guide adjustments to creative strategy
• Facilitate community engagement through creative storytelling and interactive campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a creative agency and/ or sports and gaming industries is preferred but not a requirement
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
