Requirements
- Professional English skills (both written and verbal)
- A deep understanding of consumer behavior, effective marketing tactics, and social media advertising trends is crucial
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, managing a team of video editors or creatives
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful video ad campaigns and creative projects
- 3+ years of experience creating and editing social media video ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube) in a fast-growing working environment
- Interest in Marketing, Sales, and/or social media, with a desirable knack for E-commerce
- A passion for growth, achieving goals, and constant improvement
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive strategies and briefs for video editors
- Leverage understanding of consumer behavior and effective marketing tactics to design strategies that resonate with the target audience
- Collaborate closely with internal content creators and user-generated content (UGC) contributors to gather assets and ideas for ad campaigns
- Continually monitor the performance of ongoing ad campaigns, relying on data-driven insights to make necessary adjustments and improvements
- Brainstorm and pitch new ideas to the Ads Department to keep content fresh and engaging
- Provide support and guidance to your team of video editors, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals
