Join Megaport's high-performing Accounts Receivable team as a Credit Officer! Based remotely in Texas or within a PST/CST timezone, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, investigate and resolve billing queries, reconcile accounts, and contribute to process improvements. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient and professional query resolution. This role requires 3-5+ years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to resolve issues and maintain accurate records
- ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
- Comfortable working across time zones with global teams
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and follow up on overdue balances
- Investigate and resolve billing queries in collaboration with internal teams and customers
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy across receivables
- Apply and contribute to the improvement of existing collection processes
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Customer Support, and Sales
- Assist with daily operations including bank receipting, bill runs, and general finance tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a multi-currency environment preferred
