Summary

Join the Sui Foundation as the CRM & Community Lifecycle Lead and own the systems, strategy, and execution of connecting with the global Sui community. This role is a blend of CRM management (70%) and strategic community engagement (30%), focusing on building a scalable, data-informed CRM infrastructure for personalized communications. You will design and execute lifecycle email programs, strategically shape audience segmentation, and partner with local community leads. The position also involves representing Sui at events and collaborating with various teams to maintain aligned messaging. This role is crucial for building a stronger, more connected global community, starting with the right infrastructure and strategic engagement across North America and beyond. The position is fully remote and offers tremendous growth potential within a world-class team.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle, or community operations roles β€” ideally in tech, developer ecosystems, or Web3
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms and tools like Segment, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle communication β€” from audience building to execution to performance analysis
  • Strategic thinker who can operate at both 10,000 ft and in the tools
  • Passionate about building relationships through systems, not just scale
  • Comfortable speaking at or supporting IRL events, especially across North America
  • Experienced in managing global communications and contributing to international strategy
  • Fluency in managing and interpreting CLM and retention KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage CRM systems and workflows to support 500K+ community members worldwide
  • Select, implement, and manage tools (e.g., HubSpot, Segment, Braze, etc.) to build segmented, high-impact communications
  • Design and execute lifecycle email programs and newsletters β€” track open/click rates, engagement timing, spam risk, and more
  • Strategically shape audience segmentation, contributor funnels, and lifecycle stages (CLM) to deepen engagement
  • Partner with local community leads to ensure regional initiatives (e.g., university programs, meetups) connect to a unified global narrative
  • Represent Sui at select events in North America and help guide our strategy in the region
  • Collaborate across Community, Ecosystem, Events, and DevRel to keep messaging aligned and impactful
  • Analyze performance of CRM efforts and evolve based on data, experimentation, and user feedback

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or supporting community programs (ambassadors, contributors, educators)
  • Web3 ecosystem experience or high curiosity about decentralized communities
  • Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Notion, and Discord for community and contributor tracking
